National Interstate and Vanliner Win 2025 Top Workplaces USA Award

National Interstate Insurance Company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Vanliner Insurance Company, are pleased to announce that it has been named one of the 2025 Top Workplaces USA award recipients. National Interstate ranked within the top 20% of companies with 500-999 employees. This marks the first time the company has received the Top Workplaces USA recognition.

National Interstate also won first place for large company workplaces in Northeast Ohio in The Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com 2024 Top Workplace competition. The company has earned Top Workplace Northeast Ohio awards for nine consecutive years.

 Founded in 1989, National Interstate is a leading specialty property and casualty insurance company, focused primarily on commercial transportation industries and currently employs more than 800 insurance professionals.

 Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey conducted by Energage.
